Beer from coastal path
Beer village, on the Jurassic coast, is the perfect base to explore the East Devon region. You’ll find an unspoilt and traditional seaside environment that is thankfully devoid of ‘Kiss me Quick’ hats and arcades. Instead you are offered a protected pebbled beach which is EEC recognised for safe bathing; rock pools to explore; deckchairs and delicious local fare to sample!

Boat & fishing trips are available plus (if you’re an early bird) the opportunity to see fishermen bring in their
catch of the day - which can be bought for supper the same night.

Stylish art galleries display local craftwork; tea-shops provide Devon Cream Teas and the quaintness of seaside cottages and thatched houses create a wonderful backdrop.

Children and adults alike will enjoy a trip to the Beer Quarry Caves - a 2,000 year old stone quarry with underground caverns and vaulted roofs.

Alternatively, take a trip to Pecorama for a ride on the model railways (or the opportunity to add to the model
collection at home!).
